Ahead of FOWA Miami in February, I’m heading out there on Saturday for a “scouting trip”. I’ll be meeting up with RefreshMiami and reporting back on all of the coolest places to be along with pics on the FOWA blog - so why not pay it a visit? Ooh, I’m going to Miami….

During my 1-hour quiet/meditation time this morning, I was thinking about how short life is. It’s shocking really. So I drew a little sketch that would help me visualize how much time I’ve got left. I know it sounds a bit morbid, but oh well.
